Well, it is now official. I will be back in action on January 24th at Affliction: Day of Reckoning against Babalu Sobral. I cant wait to get back in there. Thanks to everyone who sent well wishes after the last fight.

And it looks like UFC 89 will be on Spike for free. I’m scheduled for the main card so there’s no excuse for you guys to not see the fight. It should be a good one.

Man, we still having server problems. The gallery will be up as soon as we get these problems worked out. I’m still training and getting ready for the fight. I was at WEC 35 this weekend with Brian Stann. Got a few minutes of TV time too
